You start with either white or brown rice and pick your protein--usually tuna and salmon for me--which tastes fresh every time. Adding a second protein is an option for a small price bump. The best part? Unlimited toppings and three sauces. I always load up on edamame and corn, and I recommend the sesame oil and spicy mayo for a perfect flavor balance. Solid poke spot; definitely recommend it! ”
